How to make ginger tea

  

  1. Cut a few thin slices of ginger.
  2. Put them in a sauce pan and press them with a fork to bruise them.
  3. Add water and boil it for 15 minutes.
  4. Let it cool enough to drink, and then pour the tea (without the ginger slices) into a tea cup.
